Return Policy

At XRELAXER, your satisfaction means everything to us.
We want you to enjoy your massage chair with total confidence. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 60 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Because we sell massage chairs from multiple trusted brands, return procedures and requirements may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).


⚠️ Custom, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Brand-Specific Return Policies

Each brand we sell may have its own return policy.
When you contact us, our support team will confirm the specific return process and any conditions that apply to your item.

Some brands may charge a restocking fee (usually 10–20%) or require you to cover return shipping costs. We’ll inform you of any such fees before your return is processed.

3. How to Request a Return

  • The product name/brand

  • The reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll review your request and send you detailed instructions, including the correct return address (which may be the brand’s warehouse).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Send photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. We’ll work directly with the manufacturer or shipping carrier to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

If the issue is verified as a defect or shipping damage, we’ll cover all return and replacement costs.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 2–4 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error or product defect).

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance, final-sale, or custom-order items

  • Gift cards or promotional bundles
